Which Massage Is Right for You?

Not sure where to start? Here's a quick way to narrow it down — and your therapist is always happy to talk through your goals before booking, too.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not sure which massage I need — can I just ask when I get there?

Absolutely. Every session starts with a short conversation about how you're feeling and what you're hoping to get out of it, and your therapist will recommend the right approach from there.

Can my therapist blend techniques in one session?

Often, yes. Many clients like a mix — some Swedish for relaxation and some deep tissue focus on a tight spot, for example. Just mention it at the start of your session.

Is massage covered by insurance?

Sometimes, for therapeutic or medically necessary massage. See our Insurance Massage page to check what's typically covered before you book.

How far in advance should I book?

A few days ahead is a safe bet, especially for weekends, though we're often able to accommodate same-day requests — just call or text and we'll do our best.

Do you offer discounts for regular visits?

Yes — take a look at our massage packages if you'd like to book a series of sessions and save.
